This Cawanol ( caffenol blend) developer alternative, of which each ingredient is very brand specific; Yields results that I was unable to distinguish from the original Cawanol. – This should help any black and white film photographer, greatly reduce the costs and environmental impacts to develop black and white film. ASCORBIC ACID – 4 Teaspoons
WASHING SODA – 6 Teaspoons
Stir in 500ml (Half a litre) of water until it looks clear, then add:
INSTANT COFFEE – 9 Teaspoons
TABLE SALT (with Iodine) – A pinch
